Setup TXADMIN

1. Click on "network"

2. Create a new allocation

3. Copy the new port you just created

4. Click on "startup"

5. Change the "TXADMIN PORT" to the new port you just created

6. Make sure "ENABLE TXADMIN" is turned on

7. Restart your server.

8. Setup TXADMIN
